Q: What is included in a Bad Ass Mom Box?
A: Inside each month’s box, you’ll find:
Three to five products that our team scours the world for whats unique, can't buy in the store, hot, new and fun gifts with major badassery. Each month is different and includes a variety of products ranging from makeup and skin care, lifestyle items, jewelry, accessories and home items. Your subscription is delivered to your home in a beautiful bad ass mom box.
Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: No, at this time we are working hard to extend our reach beyond the USA.
Q: I selected my subscription plan and submitted my information. Now what?
A: We ship boxes on the 18th of every month.
Q: Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
A: We are so excited to hear you want to share the Bad Ass Mom Box with friends or family! We offer gift options for the Christmas edition box in December only that will allow you to purchase a one time box.
Q: Do I need to do anything after I subscribe to receive my box?
A: We’d love to learn a little about you! After signing up, be sure to complete your Bad Ass Mom profile on your account. Your box will still arrive if you don’t. We would also love to hear from you with your feedback about your bad ass items too. You can post pictures of your bad ass gear on our Facebook page or instagram (#badassmombox)!
Q: How do I update my subscription details?
A: You can make adjustments to your shipping address or billing information by logging into your account. Your information must be changed before the first of the month to affect the current month’s box. For example, if you would like to update your subscription details for the June box, you will need to do so by May 31.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by following the instructions on your account or email email@example.com.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
Q: Can I return or exchange items from a box?
A: All products included in your Bad Ass Mom box are handpicked each month, so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on the box or the items. If something is missing or damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving your package. Be sure to include in your email the name on your account, the tracking information for your package and a photo of the damaged items if applicable.
Q: What is the cancelation policy?
A: We will be so bummed if you decide to cancel. But if you must, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the CANCEL my subscription button and prompts. Or you can also send us an email at email@example.com.
Please be aware that cancelations must be made before the first of the month to affect the current month's box. If you cancel after the first of the month, you will be charged for and receive that month's B.A.M.box, which will be your final one. For example, if you would like to cancel and not receive the May box, you must do so by April 30. There is no cancelation fee, and we'll be sorry to see you go!
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Month - Month = $4.99 each month
3 Month Subscription = Free Shipping
6 Month Subscription = Free Shipping

Q: Where does The Bad Ass Mom Box ship to?
A: The Bad Ass Mom Box is currently only available in the US. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We are working very hard to expand our boxes beyond the USA and will let all of our B.A.M.s know when we are ready to do so.
Q: When will I receive my box?
A: Your Bad Ass Mom Box is shipped out on the 18th of each month. Once your box has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number at the email address on your account. It will arrive within a three to five day period. We know you are anxious to get it but if you ever have any questions and have not received your tracking info email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What are the dimensions of The Bad Ass Mom Box shipment?
A: Because we have special edition boxes, the dimensions of the box will always be changing. The approximate dimensions range from 8"x8"x5' to 10.75'x 8" x 3.75".
Q: When will I be billed for my subscription?
A: You will be charged the monthly fee and any applicable sales tax for your recurring subscription on the 10th of each month when selecting a monthly plan, on the 10th of every third month with the 3 month plan, on the 10th of every 6th month of your 6 month plan and on the 10th of the 13th month of your one year plan.
Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as well as Paypal.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: If applicable, sales tax will be added to your monthly subscription fee. This only applies to orders shipped to addresses in the state of Colorado at this time.
Q: Can I use a promo code when purchasing my subscription?
A: Currently we do not have any promo codes to apply. If you receive a promo code, yes you can apply it at checkout.

Terms of Service
The Bad Ass Mom Box is a monthly subscription program.
By subscribing to The Bad Ass Mom Box, you understand and agree that you are opting in to a monthly product subscription and that each month Bad Ass Mom Box will charge the credit card you designate now (or one you designate and change it to later by updating My Account online). You agree to pay the current monthly subscription fee (plus applicable taxes) until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time by following the instructions on your My Account page or by emailing email@example.com.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products included as part of each monthly Bad Ass Mom Box cannot be returned. If you have received a damaged or incomplete box, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your box at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All subscribers to our December 2016 will automatically become a VIP as a founding member of the B.A.M. Club.
